Dear Valued customers,

In order to help in the effort to prevent the spread of the Coronavirus, it is with great sadness that we announce that Frensham Pond Country House Hotel & SPA, Farnham, Surrey will be temporarily closed from 5th November until 2nd December 2020, inclusive. It is our intention post this date, Government permitting, to welcome you back.

We wanted, therefore, to send you our latest summary to answer the most frequently asked and important questions, and to put any lingering concerns to rest.

Current reservations, until 2nd December 2020:
Flexible stays:
If you have booked a flexible rate your booking will be automatically cancelled.

Pre-paid stays:
The Coronavirus pandemic forcing the closure of Frensham Pond Country House Hotel & SPA between 5th November and 2nd December 2020 is something that is beyond our reasonable control. In line with our Terms and Conditions, pre-paid stays are non-refundable and non-transferable. However, in light of the national lockdown, you may use your pre-payment towards a future stay to be taken by 2nd December 2021. When you are ready to rebook your stay please contact us. Any eligible refunds will be processed once our Finance team is back to work.

Current reservations from 3rd December 2020:
If you have booked to stay from 3rd December on either a pre-paid or a flexible rate, your booking will remain valid as booked. If your booking is flexible you can move it to an alternative date, if you wish to do so.

Restaurant, bar & SPA reservations:
We have cancelled all table reservations & SPA bookings automatically between 5th November and 2nd December, inclusive. We hope to welcome you back to our restaurant, bar & SPA again from 3rd December 2020.
