Welcome to The Watermark Restaurant, a family-friendly, modern European casual dining restaurant offering spectacular views of Frensham Great Pond. Enjoy your meal while taking in the breathtaking views! We offer a wide variety of modern European dishes, all made with fresh, seasonal ingredients. Our menu features something for everyone, from breakfast, light salads and sandwiches to hearty pasta dishes, grilled meats and fabulous Sunday roasts with all the trimmings.

We are the perfect place to relax and enjoy a meal with friends and family suitable for a variety of occasions, including a romantic dinner for two, a family outing, a business lunch or a casual get-together with friends. We also have private dining rooms that can be reserved for special occasions, and a large outdoor patio that is perfect for al fresco dining and celebrations.

Please note: We are currently in the final stages of a sophisticated refurbishment of our restaurant, bar, and selected public areas. While we enhance our spaces to bring you a new level of luxury, it is business as usual. All services, including dining and our spa, remain fully operational.
